• The symbolic meaning of Winter Solstice: Why this moment in nature mirrors the emotional cycles we all move through.

• Letting the light return — slowly: How small shifts, not big resolutions, lead to real change.

• Hope after long seasons of heaviness: Reframing “dark periods” as fertile ground for renewal.

• Creating a Solstice Ritual: A guided moment for releasing what no longer serves you and welcoming what you want to grow in the year ahead.
