We offer limited insurance billing for certain components of our program. When appropriate, intake, preparation, integration sessions, and TMS treatments may be eligible for insurance billing.
Ketamine treatment sessions remain self-pay and are not billed to insurance.
Please note that insurance coverage varies by individual plan. Deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and any non-covered services remain the patient’s responsibility
