The Drake Center does not submit claims directly to insurance companies. For eligible intake, preparation, and integration services, we may provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Coverage varies by insurer and individual plan and cannot be guaranteed. Ketamine treatment sessions remain self-pay.
