Feeling Numb?

Sometimes it's described as compassion fatigue. You just find yourself not caring anymore when you used to. Or you're just sort of going through the motions or just feel emotionally numb. You've checked out. You're showing up, but you're not actually there. You don't even actually care anymore. And you maybe aren't even sure if you ever did.
If you find yourself in that place, there are ways to get out of that place. There are ways to restore your connection with why you were doing the work, to regain your sense of purpose.
